If the customer wishes to exchange a product for another of our products of the same amount, the customer must request such exchange within 48 hours after making the purchase, as the exchange is by customer preference, the customer must assume the cost of shipping to return the merchandise and comply with the acceptable conditions of return described on this page.
Returns
We will make refunds if the customer requests a return within 3 days after receiving the purchase and meets the conditions described in our policy.
Acceptable condition for return or exchange: the product must be in the original packaging, must contain complete merchandise, clean, undamaged and must not have been used.

In case the customer complies with the return conditions, he/she accepts that the amount paid will be refunded by the same means of payment in which the purchase was made, without any additional compensation.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges: Lagares Floor Installation LLC is not responsible for the costs of processing the return or exchange of products, which must be covered by the customer.
Products that do not meet the conditions described above will not be accepted or returned.
